Job Description

Purpose of job

  • The position will have to assist the team in any ad-hoc matter included but not limited to provide assistance in packing company documents, handle invoices and update data

 

Jobs Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, pack and deliver company documents to ships
  • Handle all invoices
  • Update data and documents onto office website 
  • Distribute internal company newsletter or bulletin to all colleagues 
  • Assist in the preparation of data analysis and reports
  • Assist in any ad-hoc matters as assigned by Manager

 

Jobs Requirements:

  • Form 6, IVE or Diploma of any faculty. Marine-related studies are highly preferred
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
  • Good communication skills in both verbal and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
  • Strong team player with positive working attitude
  • Fresh graduates from university with a good attitude will be considered
