Job Description

• Degree Holder in any disciplines
• Minimum 6 years experience in administration or operation duties , with exposure in Food and Beverage industry is highly preferred
• Solid experience in handling license matters is highly preferred
• Experienced in sizable company is an advantage
• Mature, detail minded with good analytical, problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to manage multi-tasks and meet tight deadlines
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word-processing
Responsibilities :
• Serve as the primary contact to communicate with external parties including management office and government bureau on operational matters
• Lead an administrative staff to handle license application and renewal tasks by working closely with license consultant and internal departments
• Provide secretarial support to monthly management meeting including preparing presentation materials, agenda and minutes
• Work closely with internal departments in order to ensure timely and accurate update of shop opening and renovation progress to all stakeholders
• Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties, including insurance company , solicitors and regulatory bodies on operational needs
• Handle ad hoc projects as assigned.
