Responsibilities:

• Work, inspire and manage a diverse team of landscape design professionals from around the world.

• Lead design in a holistic process oriented approach based on a contemporary innovative methodology from the vision to built works.

• Lead design and direct a diverse practice and project typology from multi-disciplinary projects articulating complex urban, ecological and social issues to innovative site specific landscape works.

• Independently evaluate, select, and apply standard landscape architecture techniques, procedures, and criteria, using judgment in making adaptations and modifications on projects.

• Lead medium to large sized projects: responsible for financial management of the project, ensuring key deadlines are met and that the project stays on schedule and staff are working together effectively.

• Manage the presentation and report development for clients.

• Play a key role in client management and client satisfaction.

Minimum Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture or related field required; Master’s Degree in Landscape Architecture preferred.

• 12+ years’ landscape design working experience; 5+ years as a team leader.

• Ability to lead and manage a team of junior to mid level designers.

• Excellent coordination skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential.

• Experience of landscape design works for large-scale and high profile open-space, park, mixed-use and commercial projects.

• Good writing and oral communication skills in English and Mandarin.
