协助团队为与房地产有关的资产及股权交易提供市场研究、交易谈判等支撑。

建筑、城市规划、区域经济学等相关专业背景毕业；

具备良好的英语读写能力；

在五大行、规划院、开发商前策端口等具有5-8年工作经验优先；

较好的沟通能力及报告撰写能力。
