Serve as the subject matter expert for the Professional Education team to optimize current and future content across all P2P platforms. Lead strategic planning and development of Professional Education content aligned to Strategic imperatives, Brand messaging and launch readiness. Spearhead Professional education initiatives from strategic development to full tactical roll-out including appropriate approval process. The candidate must be able to operate in a fast-paced organization, with high expectations and accountability on quality of deliverables in partnership with internal and external stakeholders to achieve financial objectives. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with alliance partners to drive business results in a compelling, effective and timely way. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced marketer seeking to join a high performing team to: Lead Professional Education Pan-Heme content strategy and roll out across all vehicles and indications aligned to Brand Strategy and Messaging Supporting CLL and NHL launches Increase innovation in how we engage during live and virtual P2P Consistently bringing innovation and optimizing how we deliver on P2P education Develop insight and data driven strategy. Collaboration with Analytics and Field teams Partnership with TLLs on KOL insight synthesis Plan for seasonality around major market milestones and align indication P2P activities accordingly across indications. Develop and execute an annual integrated content strategy across P2P, Sponsorships, Conferences, Ad Boards & Steering Committees which lives into broader brand strategy Provide oversight on content and executon of P2P tactics listed above acoss all indicaitons Serve as IBT member for NHL and CLL to inform content strategy Act as key point of contact with Evolution agency to support an integrated Prof Ed & KOL strategy & execution, ensuring continued optimization of approach Lead P2P content development across indications and stakeholders, inclusive of branded & unbranded content. This includes innovative roundtable formats, all label & brand message updates, mChat format decks, product theaters, and speaker training materials, On Demand Portal, new video content, Build an integrated professional education plan as part of BP Prof Ed I+V Plan: Strategy Work & Guidance on Content Continue to provide feedback on performance metrics and Strategic program placement alinged to Market events and Brand Milestones Partner with TLL Team to provide support to various thought Leader Engagement initiatives related to content strategy, involving proposal generation, vendor selection, vendor management, Individual Consulting Generate and lead projects through internal, legal, regulatory and medical review process. Manage Program budgets Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree required. - 7+ Years of relevant experience in developing, executing, and measuring marketing campaigns for specialty products or significant experience promoting hematology/oncology products - Proven marketing experience with increased proficiency in all marketing skills - Proven ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally to drive business results in a heavily matrixed, fast-paced environment - Demonstrated track record of increasing responsibility within sales and marketing - Ability to translate strategic vision into tactical action, identify the highest impact ideas and plans and focus efforts by resource allocation - Strong leadership and ability to drive influence across stakeholders to set direction, align work efforts, and ensure outstanding execution - Outstanding project management skills and experience managing multiple vendors, marketing partners, agency partners and ideally, alliance partners. - Strong understanding of legal and regulatory environment in pharmaceutical promotions, pharma industry guidelines, and other compliance-related issues - Strong interpersonal skills, excellent oral, written and presentation skills - Experience with the management of budgets and vendors - Ability to travel approximately 30% of the time Significant Work Activities Continuous sitting for prolonged periods (more than 2 consecutive hours in an 8 hour day) Travel Yes, 10 % of the Time Job Type Experienced Schedule Full-time Job Level Code M Equal Employment Opportunity At AbbVie, we value bringing together individuals from diverse backgrounds to develop new and innovative solutions for patients.
