Job Description

The Sales Business Development Center Representative at Mercedes-Benz Manhattan is responsible for increasing the amount of vehicle unit sales by targeting actual and prospective clients and developing all inbound and outbound leads, responding to customer inquiries, assisting in increase of client retention and providing follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction.


What will I be doing?
The Sales BDC Rep will mainly focus on selling the MBM effortless experience through direct client contact to drive traffic for the sales team.
- Handle all phone calls and e-commerce leads (in- and outbound)
- Create sales appointments
- Attaining the necessary information to initiate the sales process
- Adhere to available guidelines, scripts & company policies
- Complete all necessary phone & email follow-ups
- Maintain & update all notes in CRM from start to finish
- Collaborate with team
- Adhere to all department minimum production criteria
- Assist in conversion of Service conquest opportunities.
- Maintain all Standards of Excellence Training Certifications/Re-Certifications.
- Learn & maintain up to date product knowledge

- 1+ year Sales BDC, call center or related sales work experience in high-end dealership
- 3-5 years industry-related work experience preferred
- High School Diploma (GED) or equivalent work experience
- Must be able to work Saturdays
- Work Holidays when required
- Must be on time to scheduled work shift
- Ability to commute to and from the Mercedes-Benz Manhattan location in New York City.
