• Diploma or above in E&M, Civil, Construction, BS or related
• 2 years' or above relevant working experience in HONG KONG 
• worked on both E&M projects is preferred, but Not a must
• Must fluent in CANTONESE. 
• Proficient in Revit.
• Candidate with other BIM projects experience (eg. architecture, Building or etc.) will also be available for other projects.
