Our Client is a sizable E&M contractor and mainly provide E&M engineering in Asia Pacific.Now they are expanding and would like to recruit suitable candidate to fill up the following post.

Responsibilities

• Project Type: Residential / Commercial / Hotel / Government
• Responsible for developing the BIM model in building services discipline
  
• Develop and maintain BIM (Revit) content
  
• Modify and advise on altering design, variations and track changes
  

Requirements

• Higher Diploma in Building Services / Mechanical / Electrical or related discipline.
• At least 2 years experience in the operation of BIM tools
• Proficiency in BIM software, Autodesk Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD
  
• Independent, hardworking, organized, self-motivated and strong sense of responsibility
• Immediate available is highly preferred
