The Job:

• Maintenance / improvement works and services, including planning, project management, engineering design and contract administration.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Corporate Member of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (Building Services, Electrical or Mechanical Division) elected after 5.12.1975; or
• Corporate Member of the Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineers / Institution of Mechanical Engineers and is registered as Chartered Engineer with the Engineering Council of UK;
• Possess a Registered Electrical Worker Licence;
• Have satisfied the qualification of Grade E or above in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in the HKCEE, or equivalent; and
• Have a minimum of one year relevant post qualification experience; and
• Well versed in Microsoft WORD, EXCEL AND POWERPOINT; 
• Experience in lift installation / modernization / maintenance projects is preferred.

Salary:  Salary will commensurate with qualifications and relevant working experiences.
