Job Description
THE COMPANY :
- HK listed property developer focus in residential properties in Hong Kong
- We are looking for BUILDING SERVICES INSPECTOR – with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Carry out site supervision and/ or conduct design coordination
- Supervise and monitor the work quality and work progress on site
- Control and monitor the testing & commissioning activities
- Prepare reports and keep records of works carried out
- Perform other duties on contract management
- Arrange handover completed development to Property Management Company and Individual Owner
- (Higher) Diploma or Higher Certificate in Electrical, Mechanical or Building Services Engineering
- Minimum 10 years relevant post-qualification experience including 6 years site work experience
- Candidate with contractor work experience would be an advantage
- 5.5 days work with alternative Sat off
- 13 months salary + performance bonus
- Annual leave : 14 days
- Medical benefits
- Office location : TST
