Job Description
THE COMPANY :
- HK main board listed company
- Investment holdings company principally engaged in property businesses.
- Property Development : engaged in the development and sales of office properties, commercial properties and residential properties in China.
- Property Investment : engaged in the leasing of investment properties developed or purchased by the Company for the rental income and the appreciation of the properties' values.
- We are looking for BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT GENERAL MANAGER - with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Explore new business opportunities and execute systematic prospecting in business development in the PRC, Hong Kong and overseas;
- Develop, coach and manage a professional team tasked with identifying new opportunities;
- Formulate and implement policies and strategies in business development;
- Assist the Board in making executive decisions on business development by reporting to the Board and providing advice on a regular basis; and
- Connect and interact with existing and potential business partners on property development projects.
- Masters Degree in Business Administration or equivalent qualification is a must;
- Holder of EMBA is preferred;
- At least 15 years of working experience in property development company, and at least 10 years in a senior management position of a sizable organization and within a Hong Kong listed company group;
- Prior experience overseeing a multitude of property development or property management projects across different regions or cities in the PRC;
- In-depth knowledge of cash flow management, revenue and cost drivers, operational risk management and the cultivation of client relationships in real estate development projects;
- Familiarity with property development market and business environment in the industry and adaptability to changes from time to time;
- Understanding of the regulations for property developer applicable to Hong Kong limited company group;
- Leadership in driving sales and new business opportunities;
- Solid project management skills;
- Strong interpersonal skills to manage and inspire team members to outperform;
- Work based in Hong Kong with business travel to PRC and other countries required
