As the Bank ERM and Op Risk Analyst, you will implement and maintain the Bank’s Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and Operational Risk programs; oversee business-line compliance with the Board of Directors risk management policies and BMW Group guidelines and manage data integrity in the Operational Risk system of record (Orion) execute the annual Op Risk repeat cycle including reporting to the Bank Board of Directors and the SF2-US National Risk Committee (NRC), and provide support to the Senior Data Scientist – Bank Risk and Bank Sr. Model Risk Analyst as needed.

In the role, you will assess risk exposure for all the Bank’s risk categories in relation to the Board of Directors Risk Appetite Statements, including developing and tracking action plans for all risk exposures that exceed the Board’s approved risk appetite levels.  You will analyze, validate, and monitor the integrity of the underlying data and formulas that are the basis for Enterprise Risk Management reporting.  You will prepare and distribute the monthly Bank Enterprise Risk Management reporting package for the Bank Board of Directors and Management risk committees using SAS, Qlikview and Microsoft Office products.

In addition, you will develop and maintain Bank operational risk procedures, scenarios, and loss events in the system of record in accordance with BMW FS Sound Risk Management Principles (SRMPs), including data quality assurance. You will also conduct the Bank-wide Annual Repeat Cycle (ARC) Operational Risk assessment as directed by the Bank Chief Risk Officer, including preparation of all required reporting for Bank management committees, the Bank Board of Directors, Central Operational Risk (SF-R-4) and federal and state banking regulators (FDIC, UDFI).
