As the Bank Senior Treasury Analyst, you are responsible for the middle office functions of the Treasury department, including oversight of all treasury-related reporting and planning activities. You will prepare and analyze Bank management and Board reporting as well as regulatory, rating agency, and affiliate reporting. In addition, you will develop and propose funding strategies to optimize cost of funds while also managing risk exposures.

You will oversee the preparation and analysis of Treasury-related Bank management and Board reporting, including all reports used for the Asset Liability Committee (ALCO), quarterly liquidity and interest rate risk reports for the Board, and other ad hoc reporting. You will also oversee the preparation and analysis of Treasury-related affiliate reporting, including Wall Street Systems reporting and projections for cash flows, liquidity, and funding requirements. In addition, you will provide meaningful analysis of Treasury results and projections, and effectively defend and communicate results to affiliates.

You are responsible for the submission of all daily, weekly, and monthly Treasury-related regulatory reporting, including the FR-2420, FR-2900, and the Federal Reserve Borrower in Custody reports. You will ensure proper regulatory guidelines are administered and communicate report submissions to Bank regulators.

In this role, you will analyze cash flow forecasts to ensure adequate funding availability and develop funding strategies to optimize Bank profitability and cost of funds. You will also maintain appropriate documentation for all Bank Treasury models to ensure compliance with model governance regulatory requirements.

Required:
Bachelors Degree
2-3 years Treasury management

Preferred:
Masters Degree
Preference of Degree Concentration: Finance
3-5 years Financial Services/Banking Industry
Certified Treasury Professional (CTP)
Treasury computer skills - Wall Street Systems, Bloomberg, FedLine
Strong analytical skills
