As the Bank Treasury Analyst, you are responsible for the back office functions of the Treasury department, including deposit and banking account maintenance, reconciliation and journal entries of all funding and investment accounts, computation of principal and interest payments for a variety of funding instruments, and daily verification and initiation of all wire transfers. You will utilize the BMW Group’s treasury management system and the Federal Reserve’s Fedwire system, manage the Bank’s Fed Pledge process, and serve as the operational contact for BMW Bank’s investment portfolio. You are also responsible for the initial setup, ongoing maintenance, and daily activity of all Bank deposit accounts within the Fiserv system.

In addition, you will be responsible for the initial setup, ongoing maintenance, and daily activity of all external counterparty bank accounts. This includes the management of all signature cards, user access and entitlements, account agreements, and other documentation. You are also responsible for all accounting related functions of the Treasury department such as the preparation of daily and monthly reporting and backup support for journal entries and ongoing reconciliation support of the cash, funding, and investment portfolios of the Bank.

Required:
Bachelors degree
2-3 years treasury or accounting experience

Preferred:
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Masters Degree
