Job Description
Roles:
- Independently carry out incident investigations, root cause analysis, preventive measures with internal and external teams
- Preparation and Review of Incident/Management Report
- Update and communicate existing procedures & documents
- On-duty standby support during non-office hours may be required
Requirements:
- 3 years+ in application development or support in banking or financial sectors
- Linux/AIX/Wintel platform supports skills
- Practical shell scripting experience preferred
- Able to take up ad-hoc short term projects from manager
- Good command in Cantonese and English
