Job Description

Roles:

  • Independently carry out incident investigations, root cause analysis, preventive measures with internal and external teams
  • Preparation and Review of Incident/Management Report
  • Update and communicate existing procedures & documents
  • On-duty standby support during non-office hours may be required

 

Requirements:

  • 3 years+ in application development or support in banking or financial sectors
  • Linux/AIX/Wintel platform supports skills
  • Practical shell scripting experience preferred
  • Able to take up ad-hoc short term projects from manager
  • Good command in Cantonese and English
