Requirements

• Degree holder
• 2 – 3 years relevant experience in trade support or bills operation or trade finance or trading or import/export business
• Knowledge in LC documentation
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Responsibilities

• Handke LC documents, bills presentation to bank and follow-up the payment status
• Prepare invoice and shipping documents and clerical duties
• Handle customer enquiries
• Monitor shipment schedule to ensure on time delivery
