Job Description
1、To provide the best possible teaching and learning processes and environment for the students;
2、To improve students’ achievements and performance in the class as well as in extra curriculum activities;
3、To accustom students to western teaching style and improve their performance in relative exams;
4、To facilitate the attainment of each student’s full potential and develop non-academic as well as academic skills via the teaching of the subject;
5、To teach predominantly relevant subjects programs;
6、Effective classroom management and efficient organization of resources;
7、To work effectively as part of a teaching team and with other teachers based in the same school;
8、To work under the supervision of head teacher;
9、The teaching languages are English.

Position Requirements
1、Familiar with A-level and CIE curriculum system(preferable);
2、Related bachelor degree or above;
3、At least two years related teaching experience (reference letters are required);
4、TEFL / TESOL / CELTA certificate(120 hours minimum);
5、British Teachers preferred, other English native speakers with good teaching experience are welcome（American, Canadian, Australian, New Zealander, Irish）

Salary&Benefits;
1、Salary: RMB 20,000/month—RMB 28,000/month.Increments are negotiable;
2、Accommodation: free accommodation or accommodation allowance of RMB 2,000 will be provided;
3、Vacation Payment：basic salary and accommodation allwance during winter and summer vacations;
4、Flight Ticket: economic round-trip ticket allowance(per academic year with continuing contracts);
5、Commercial insurance will be provided;
6、Work Visa: assist teachers with work visa application;
7、Contract Period：2 years’ renewable;
8、Position: a full-time schedule of 40 working hours per week, which includes
a) maximum twenty 45-minute teaching periods per week;
b) ECA activities;
c) one or two evening tutorial lessons per week;
d) other activities that facilitate school development.
9、Class size: about 20-25 students per class, students age: around 16 years old;
10、Office Time: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm;
