Job Description

Job Title:  Global Brand Manager, Culture Media (Clinical)
 
How will you make an impact?
 
The Global Brand Manager for Viral Collection & Transport (clinical) will be responsible for the growth and global commercial success of the product portfolio. He/she will drive superior customer focused execution of product management, working closely with other Marketing teams and the Commercial team to implement a winning product strategy.
 
What will you do?
 

  • Manage portfolio strategy, product roadmaps, product lifecycle plans, and business cases for planned new products.
  • Understand of customer workflows and customer needs into sharp customer insights.
  • Input into forecast and operational planning.
  • Provide input into creating annual marketing plans for the full portfolio and product positioning
  • Develop briefing documents to shape and develop execution by other Marketing departments
  • Drive implementation of sections of the annual marketing plan, e.g., for specific products, working in close collaboration with other Marketing groups.
  • Visit key customers, developing deeper understanding of their workflows, current and future business needs.
  • Staff trade shows to represent the brands, as well as build relationships with customers, KOLs, regulators, etc.
  • Help develop ongoing insights into the changing strategic forces that shape his/her products (e.g., markets, competitors, customers, suppliers, regulators, etc.)

 
 
How will you get here?
 
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications: (Bullets)
 

  • Scientific degree, PhD/ MBA preferred in relevant discipline
  • 2 plus years’ experience in Marketing of clinical products and services
  • Track record of driving improvement in business performance
  • Experience in global/international business
  • Experience in clinical lab environment and or clinically based research preferred

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple work streams
  • Ability to listen and influence across teams (without direct authority)
  • Willingness to travel (up to 25%)
  • Tenacious and driven to succeed
