We are looking for a Broadcast Studio Manager to be responsible for the day-to-day operation of our UBS Studios and propel its evolution to meet long-term objectives. You will have deep expertise in the technology, workflows, and staffing from both an organizational and an end-user perspective. You will support live shows and production in a fast-paced environment adhering to high production standards.

Responsibilities include:
• support Head of Broadcast Communications and provide solutions for the studio and control room needs as they arise
• liaise with director, editors, key business partners and Content Strategy team to coordinate and schedule programming
• create and distribute weekly production schedules
• offer creative suggestions that enhance show productions, collaborating with Creative Solutions and editorial leads as new shows are developed
• assist with organization and writing of scripts.
• secure and organize all resources needed for productions (video clips and audio clips, connectivity for both in-bound and out-bound feeds, studio set configuration, any additional needs such as lighting, audio, make-up, etc.)
• source vendors or freelancers as needed and manage contract and onboarding process and training
• create and maintain budgets
• operating streaming encoders transmission equipment
• participate and lead some training programs and initiatives to create a stronger team environment
• write weekly report summarizing the activities and goals for the upcoming week
