• Degree in Building Studies, Structural, Construction Management or related
• 3 years' or above relevant working experience in Building Construction
• Worked on Private Residential or ASD projects are highly preferred. but NOT a must. 
• Good command in both CHINESE and English. 
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as APM / PM.
