The Job

• Clients: A Well-known Property Developer
• Position: Building Services Coordinator (Residential) – Property Developer
• Responsibilities:
• Monitor and check building services installations and ensuring that specifications, work procedures, work schedules and quality control of works are strictly followed
• Carry out site inspection, testing and commissioning of building services installations
• Monitor contractor's defect rectification works to ensure quality and on-time completion
• Handle and resolve all technical issues on site
• Salary: $45-55K+, bonus, medical

Requirements

• Degree / Higher Certificate holder in Building Services or related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years' relevant on-site experience with residential development is preferred
• Minimum 3 years of experience on handover residential flat unit to property management and flat owner
• Previous work experience in property developer is preferred
• Good command of Cantonese and English
