Responsibilities

• Coordination for the BIM/CSD/CBWD preparation and submission;
• Coordination of work sequence and interfacing details between BS installation and builder’s works requirement;
• Monitoring the progress and quality control for BS submission;
• Lead and organize project meeting for Building Services and Utilities Coordination;
• Monitoring site work progress, workmanship and safety standard for BS installation
  
  

Requirements

• Degree in Building Studies / Electrical / Mechanical Engineer with 4 years of relevant post qualification experience in supervising building services installation in new construction project;
• At least 10 years’ practical experience in building services co-ordination in new building construction work;
• Less experience will be considered as Building Services Engineer;
• Self-motivated with effective communication and interpersonal skills, hands on and detailed oriented;
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Require to station on site;
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
