• Certificate holder or above in Building Services Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering;
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience on construction site including 1 years in building services inspection work;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Less experience will be considered for the post of Assistant Building Services Inspector.
