Main-Board Listed Building and Property Development Group who is focus on building and construction projects, also participated in private and commercial sectors.

Responsibilities & Accountabilities

• Be responsible for overall monitoring and project management of Electrical & Mechanical of commercial development , including design / administration / cost control / construction management
• Prepare tender and technical submission
• Liaise and collaborate with consultants, contractors and relevant government departments to achieve development objectives, with particular emphasis on building services and E&M works
• Lead a team of project management professionals and ensure effective project planning and execution

Qualification & Experience

• Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 10 years of experience of which at least 5 years must be in a managerial capacity in overseeing construction of E&M projects
• With professional qualifications -HKIE or equivalent is preferred
• Qualified Authorized Signatory ( AS ) will be a definite advantage
• Handled commercial or shopping mall projects is preferred
• With experience gained from contractor and E&M consultant is preferred
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent English is a must
