We’re looking for a business analyst to be part of the team that coordinates the end to end business impact analysis, integration planning, communications and execution for the Advisory business as part of the strategic program focused on the front to back transformation of the Wealth Management (WM) Platform.

Responsibilities in this role include:

• Program and business analysis to help develop and implement client-focused processes and enhancements
• Driving working groups, including tracking follow-ups and escalating risks.
• Developing solutions to complex problems while considering diverse views across stakeholders
• Creating clear documentation to support decision making and execution.
• Engaging Financial Advisors and Field Leadership to validate capabilities and decisions
• Developing communications and training content for Financial Advisors
• Managing multiple concurrent priorities and projects
• Building strong relationships across the firm
