    - Implement QFT commerial strategy with commercial partners CP(s) for the QFT products throughout China & Meet sales growth plans as established in the company’s annual sales budget.
  • Build up and maintian a base of key accounts and key opinion leaders using QFT products in China.
  • Drive changes to guidelines, usage and reimbursement to encourage growth and cover multiple market segments, eg disease control, clinical.
  • Align CP(s) through training, goal setting, reporting and assessment.
  • Expand QFT to total MDx solution in market.
    Position Requirements

    - Explore and define new market segments for TB.
  • Identify new business opportunities for the company.
  • Build and maintain long lasting customer relationships and developing Key Opinion Leaders in China.
  • Drive national and regional public policy change processes in cooperation with the company’s Commercial Partners to assure implementation of the company’s solutions.
  • Manage distributors in China & Work towards achieving all sales (and profit) targets associated with China.
  • Contribute to company MDx business with team work.
    Personal Requirements

    - Strong marketing/sales analytical and organizational skills.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare markets (IVD/MDx).
  • Strong negotiating skills.
