Job Description
Global Education Initiatives is an accredited (by Cognia) education service agency (ESA) and post-secondary school that will support Chinese schools and training centers by providing diploma programs, curriculum (traditional, digital, and distance), teacher training and professional development, educational programming, data management, technology and technical support, human resources, and accreditation training and support.

GEI is looking for a fully bilingual team member who understands the Chinese context and American education. The preferred candidate will have been educated in a true international or American curriculum in high school and have graduated from an American college or university. This person will be the face of GEI with schools who are members of our ESA or potential client. The colleague will develop new business with schools and/or training centers and ensure client satisfaction of our services by monitoring and campus visits. The team member will also represent GEI at trade shows, recruiting events, and other opportunities to build the reputation and confidence in our services and support. The team member will be required to complete Cognia training for classroom observations, STEM certification, and engagement review team member training. This training is done online through Cognia’s Canvas instructure and is not complicated.
