Start from himself, fast build up Business Development team in China,

Develop sales strategy to accelerate sales growth and achieve financial target
Contribute to the development of the China sales strategy,

Focus on offline business as retail, project and business development
Develop sales function policies to build up and upgrade sales team capability to meet company target
Develop sales plans, break down sales targets and manage sales team’s daily activities well
Well manage price positioning in market, control sales daily expense and meet gross margin target in finance
Develop channel plan to strengthen penetration and coverage then meet annual target by high quality
To ensure the Account Receivable and assist cross-measuring the operations as well as outsourced suppliers.
Customer and competitor analysis on assigned segments and accounts
