Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic territory plan to sign new software and services customers and hit your monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Drive year on year revenue growth for Japan market (software and Translation Service)
  • Ensure maintenance of a strong opportunity pipeline (via SFDC) both at the team and individual level
  • Quarterback team selling environment – leverage available resources including solution consulting, professional services, marketing, industry experts and management.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with Marketing Manager on target campaigns, events, and other activities
  • Motivate your sales team to be creative, driven, and successful
  • Support the development of team members through active coaching and support
  • Align the vertical sales strategy with the overall sales and company strategy
