One of our top-tier clients, an international design firm, is looking for an experienced and outgoing Business Development manager to drive and strengthen the company’s Asia market in the field of hospitality.

Key attributes:

• Research and develop a business development strategy for the region
• Growing with design team and working with design directors for business development
• Possess excellent presentation skills as well as communication and relationship management skills
• Follow up and liaise with existing clients for new business
• Track proposals and follow up with clients on outstanding proposals
• Responsible for preparing bid tenders and proposals
• Meet potential clients and follow up business leads

Requirements

• Preferably previous experience in a Business development role for Architectural or Interior Design practices in Hong Kong or China
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar environment
• English & Chinese language skills are essential
