Job Description
- Lead business expansion initiatives (70% time allocation)
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and clients satisfaction
- Drive expansion of business by increasing clienteles and revenue. Expanding to the China education market is highly regarded
- Direct and implement promotion or education programs addressing clients’ learning and special education needs
- Build long term relationship with new and existing clients
- Liaison with schools, education institutes and parents
- Manage center's operations (30% time allocation)
- Supervise receptionist on daily operations
- Manage centre’s operations including facilities, equipment, and personnel etc.
- Work closely with Director in staff management, tasks allocation and service workflow.
