We are looking for a colleague who can support the business in delivering UBS WM's growth in a large and complex Business Sector run out of Singapore. Successful delivery of this role will rely on:
– Developing strong working relationships with senior stakeholders based on proactivity, efficient delivery and constructive exchange of ideas
– Strong project management skills to deliver multiple initiative within their timelines
- Building a comprehensive understanding of the UBS WM business, management priorities and initiatives, organisation, financials, risk metrics and priorities, interlinkages with partners and other business divisions
– Driving strategic and annual planning as well as ongoing governance processes
– Driving and implementing business-wide action plans and key initiatives
- Onboarding graduates and junior talent including managing their programmes for GWM Singapore location
– Effective communication with the business and key business partners
– Proactive analysis to identify and drive growth and profitability opportunities
– Instigating product, service and delivery change initiatives that drive the business forward, aligned with regional and global strategy
– Supporting the business in delivering on specific business and risk management targets
