Are you a strong communicator with exceptional organizational skills? Do you have a proven ability to juggle multiple projects on tight deadlines? The business manager will:
• provide operational and administrative support (business planning/strategy, human resources, accounting and systems management) for 300+ employees within the Corporate and Institutional Advisory Solutions group
• support the management team with tracking key metrics, business highlights and content to be shared across the organization
• collaborate with Finance to conduct monthly reviews of balance sheet, monitor actual and forecasted spend against budget, and address variances
• ownership for reporting and analysis that reflect business needs and topics from management
• organize resource management needs including hiring, onboarding and training
• manage approval and onboarding of all new joiners including contractors, consultants and internal platform changes
• manage real estate needs including workspace strategy and planning, seat allocations, coordinate individual moves and construction
• manage the WM USA RFP Platform technology and content and act as the Vendor Relationship Manager providing oversight of the contract, enhancements, communications, training, and risk management for users across wealth management businesses
• lead internal employee engagement efforts to address employee feedback and change efforts while driving culture
