Job Description

Position Summary:

As part of business operation team, aid and facilitate the successful growth of supported sales teams’ revenue, derived through the end to end process management in terms of performance and productivity improvement, increased customers coverage and satisfaction.

Job Description

  • Contribute and support business planning to accomplish goals of Partner Managers.
  • Coordinate with various functions / departments for customer management in terms of ordering, contracts, AR collection.
  • Provide customers’ AR performance report and review with sales team periodically, implement action plans.
  • Provide professional opinion to credit team on order release and credit application.
  • Implement the credit & collection policy and procedure, achieve the performance target of collection rate
  • Maintain the good relationship with our clients
  • Do some special AR statement or service required by clients
  • Predict and report the risk of planning, material FCST and customers’ AR accounts in a timely manner

Qualification:

  • good communication (oral and written) and negotiation skills to achieve the target and to build relationship with all parties Speak English and Chinese and have good communication skill
  • Good data analysis background
  • Have cross functional experience and have knowledge to work with multiple functions.
  • Good personality and be proactive.
