Global Professional Services Organization (GPS) delivers technical solutions, experience design, integration, and post-live technical services to drive product adoption and quality servicing to our customers. We are currently seeking a Business Operations Manager to join our Global Professional Services, International Markets team in Singapore. As a member of the GPS Business Operations team, you will be working as a strategist, consultant and implementor in collaboration with the GPS International Markets leadership, Chief of Staff and business operations partners. You will be aligning the strategic priorities with business operations and help implement initiatives to drive teams forward. The GPS Business Operations team is responsible for developing and operationalizing strategy globally. The team provides critical insights using analytics, ensures cross-functional alignment, and execution of strategic initiatives in alignment with business goals. This job requires no travel.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Partner with GPS International Market leadership and GPS Chief of Staff to develop and execute global initiatives, to help accelerate business outcomes, robustly measure key performance indicators, and track progress against business goals, and execute global initiatives to enable regional success
  • Lead programs to ensure smooth operations including annual budgeting planning, people development programs, data governance initiatives, leadership communications, and stakeholder management
  • Lead the coordination for business operations reviews in partnership with GPS International Markets leadership and Chief of Staff to ensure accurate and robust business reporting is available for executive decision-making
  • Partner with GPS market leaders and GPS analytics teams to help conduct business deep-dives and develop compelling presentations
  • Manage partnership with in-region Global Talent Acquisition partners to design and execute hiring initiatives to uphold diverse and inclusive hiring standards
  • Be an effective communicator with a bias for prioritization, agility and creative problem solving to help build business relationships and collaboration across functions
  • Be the cultural ambassador and help facilitate team building events to enhance an inclusive team culture

Key Attributes:

  • An analytical and quantitative mindset, with business focused approach toward problem-solving
  • Experience driving and managing change collaboratively and transparently in an inter-matrixed organization
  • Passion to foster an inclusive and diverse culture through initiatives, training, education, communications and implementing optimizations based on high-level goals
  • Program Management skills and ability to lead multiple initiatives with varying timelines across a distributed set of stakeholders
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including ability to build compelling presentation and communication materials
  • Excellent interpersonal, collaborative and influencing skills to build trust and lasting partnerships with diverse global teams

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent degree
  • Experience working with workforce planning tools, Microsoft Suite
  • Quantitative background with experience in Salesforce strongly preferred
  • Background in budgeting, financial forecasting and business operations is required
  • Fluency in English is required
