In this role, you have the opportunity to

Act as a consultant for the Business and Customer Fulfillment Center team. As the Order to Cash expert (and a member of the Canada Operations Management team), you will be responsible for New Business Integration, New Business Model Roll-out; existing business New Functionality and Change Requests; Application, Support, and Problem Resolutions; as well as, acting as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for needed areas (i.e. SAP, Salesforce, etc…)

This position is primarily office-based in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) in the Markham Philips Canada head office; but offers working from home, 2-3 days per week .

You are responsible for (but not limited to)

New Business Integration / New Business Model Rollout

  • Project planning; delivering user stories, performing gap analysis, leading UAT and other testing

  • Issue tracking and risk management; status tracking, communication, and reporting

  • Project delivery, training, and execution with post-go-live support plan

New Functionality / Change Request (for existing business)

  • Gather and document requirements (completing required forms, submissions and monitor progress/technical changes)

  • Design & develop with IT; to include, developing test scripts for System Integration Testing (SIT); perform System Integration Testing (SIT) and Regression Testing

  • Communicate and document User Acceptance Test (UAT) plans, schedules, and test cases

  • Manage implementation plans, schedules, and status updates; as well as, post go-live support

  • Set and continually manage project expectations and user training with team and stakeholders

Application Support and Problem Resolution

  • Resolve system issues/incidents communicated by the Operations team

  • Propose solutions and document resolution; provide Application Support

  • Act as the first point of IT contact; liaise between business and back-office IT to resolve technical issues

Other Responsibilities

  • Oversees the business processes for all identified businesses, departments, and functional areas

  • Partner with Finance, Marketing, Sales, IT, and Operations to streamline business processes and improve employee productivity

  • Analyze process inefficiencies and recommend specific changes for improved efficiencies

  • Serve as liaison between stakeholders and business partners ensuring process changes are understood and implemented

  • Create workflow diagrams, processes and procedure models

  • Provides documentation, training material and training staff on new policies, process, and procedures

  • Identify and assess future changes or process improvements to automate reporting landscape

  • Develop standard reporting and create ad hoc reporting, when requested

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor's Degree, required; preferably in information systems (or with equivalent experience)

  • 5+ years’ experience and knowledge of sales, finance, marketing, and customer service environment

  • Experience as Business Analyst SAP SD module (required); Seibel and Salesforce (preferred)

  • Advanced PC skills (e.g. Excel, Visual Basic, MS Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, etc.)

  • Advanced analytical and conceptual skills with the ability to analyze complex problems, interpret operational needs and develops integrated, creative solutions and formulated reports

  • Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and project management skills

  • Effectively interacting at all levels of the organization to build consensus and work through others to achieve goals and objectives

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

  • Handling multiple planned and unplanned tasks, roles, and responsibilities
