In this role you are responsible to provide solution as well as operation support to APJ Sales & Marketing Group (SMG) to fulfill customer and internal business needs, you are required to support the business operation team for operation works e.g. order management, shipment inquiries, pricing, sample, account setup, data operation works ;

You’re expected to deliver the expected business output per the business requirement and meet quality and time requirement.


Qualifications

You should have an education background in Business management, Supply chain, Computer science, information technology or a related field. Additional qualifications include:
- Experience in implementing RDA/RPA solutions(UI Path preferred)
- Proven solution development experience in industry leading companies and used for more than 50 people.
- In-depth development experience in VBA or VB.
- Fluent oral and written English, mandarin. Use both as the primary working language.
- Japanese, Cantonese and Korea language skill is an added advantage.
- Well-developed written and verbal communication. Able to listen and articulate logically and clearly.
-? Know how to use Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for daily operation;
- Prior experience in supply chain related area is preferred.
