Business Support – Trade Finance (Permanent / Contract)

Principal responsibilities

• Support the Relationship Managers in account opening, loan application and processing, provide excellent service delivery to customers and ensure all functions perform in line with the internal control, policies & procedures and regulatory guidelines.
• Co-ordinate with Branch and operations colleagues regarding transaction update/status.
• Assist in ad-hoc tasks and projects as when required.

Requirements

• Diploma or above in business related disciplines
• 2 – 3 years' experience in banking industry with good understanding of banking operations and policies
• Good sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work under pressure
• Self-motivated, customer-oriented and proactive to learn
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Immediate available is preferred
