Lenovo TruScale Services team in the Data Center Group is seeking an
experienced Leader to own our rapid business growth in EMEA region.

As a Business Unit Leader you will have the following responsibilities and
challenges to meet:
• Lead the TruScale Services business across EMEA
• Proactively identify and qualify TruScale Services opportunities and clearly
articulate the value proposition of consumption-based, subscription offering
• Build incremental opportunity pipeline through proactive engagement with
customer executives
• Deal support pitching TruScale Services offering for existing Lenovo
customers and opportunities, driving the Financial aspect of the sales motion
• Actively manage TruScale Services pipeline across region, supporting
internal business planning and reporting cycles
• Engage successfully across functions (Sales, Finance, and Principal
Consultants) to drive TruScale Services deal flow
• Help close TruScale Services deals to drive overall business case
commitments

#### Position Requirements:


What is required to be successful candidate for this role?

• 10+ years work experience in Financial Sales or Business Development roles
in the IT OR Services industry
• Deep understanding of services-oriented subscription business economics
• Capacity to inspire strategic thinking and global vision to facilitate
customer business decisions
• Ability to lead complex strategic and financial discussions
• History of setting and exceeding individual goals for Revenue generation
• Capability to thrive with a new product in an undefined market
