Our Finance Operation Team is growing and we want you to be part of it! 

 

As part of the Finance Operations team, the Buyer role will work cross-departmentally within the global procurement team. You will drive transformation in procurement operations to help change the way Airbnb buys goods and services.

Responsibilities:

• Process purchase requisitions, purchase orders, change orders, etc.on behalf of your dedicated Business Unit
• Coordinate and manage the procurement of goods and services on behalf of internal customers
• Monitor and measure performance by key suppliers and maintain key purchasing metrics that demonstrate the cost effectiveness of the purchasing function
• Work closely with legal on a contract review and approval
• Work with the business on distribution of monthly dashboards and reporting
• Monitor effectiveness of overall sourcing process and provide feedback and corrective action proposals
  
  

Requirements:

• At least two years of operational procurement experience
• Strong client relationship management skills
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Track record of developing and managing relationship with key suppliers as well as internal customers
