Job Description
THE COMPANY :
- Specialist, designer, supplier and contractor : swimming pool, fountain, spa facilities, health club facilities, ice skating rink etc
- Main clients : hotels, club houses, spa companies, design consultants, direct corporate clients
- Project location : Hong Kong, Macau, China and Asia region
- Headquarters : Hong Kong
- China offices : Guangzhou and Shanghai
- We are looking for CHINA SALES & PROJECT MANAGER - with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Tertiary education in Engineering/Technical ; preferably in Building Services or Mechanical Engineering; or equivalent
- 8-12 years experience preferably in E&M/fitting out works/plumb drain/swimming pool/building service/spa/hotel construction projects or equivalent
- Experience in both project management & sales & marketing activities is highly prefer
- Experience in leading China sales & project teams is highly prefer
- Project management and site management experience
- Capable of managing multiple projects from preliminary stage to work completion
- Experience in plumbing system or electrical control system will be an advantage
- Experience in swimming pool, water feature projects or hotel projects is an advantage
- Report directly to the Director
- Manage Sales & Project management of projects located in China
- Responsible for sales & project management of spa facilities, fountain and swimming pools projects in China
- Manage Guangzhou and Shanghai offices for monitoring China projects
- Meet with clients to understand their needs and to provide professional project management services
- Manage site meeting and coordination, submission, testing and commissiong to handover
- Manage site supervision and inspection for work progress to ensure quality meet Company standard
- Monitor the work of contractors and sub-contractors
- Monitor project progress to meet deadline
- Frequent China trip to Guangzhou and Shanghai offices
- 5 days work (Mon to Fri 9:00am – 5:30pm)
