Key Responsibilities
1.Get in touch with site MSE manager and get support from site MSE in order to make sure MSE progress
according to the MSE master plan Comprehensively.
2.Understand site area loss and cost/loss linkage, co-pilots with pillar leaders and CI manager to achieve
business cost benefit by driving loss elimination through MSE
3.Collaborate with different pillar leaders to let skill matrix go live in operation and track the status (facilitate gap
closure if any).
4.Collect and review KAIZEN projects and FI initiatives periodically.
5.Build MSE performance and KPIs visualization for each function through digital tool development.
6.MSE pillar and knowledge internal & external publicity
7.Define key PS capability needs based on factory loss elimination needs and business requirement

Job Specifications/Qualifications
- Fluent Oral & communication skill
- Fluent in written and read English
- Root cause identification and problem solving
- BS degree or above with 2 years professional experience in Production or Lean area.
- Project Management
