  • We are looking for CORPORATE COMMERCIAL ASSOCIATE – with details as follows :
 
THE JOB :
  • Our dynamic Corporate Commercial Division has openings for lawyers with at least 5 years of post-qualification experiences.
  • We invite applications from high caliber lawyers to join and handle all aspects of client’s corporate commercial operations in Hong Kong.
  • We provide our clients with timely and high quality work and applicants must have a strong academic record and should possess a background encompassing private M&A and transactional work, as well as drafting, reviewing and advising on a wide range of commercial agreements.
  • This is an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to join an established law firm to gain exposure to top quality work.
  • Applicants should ideally be admitted in Hong Kong; however we also welcome applicants with requisite legal skills who have been admitted in other jurisdictions.
  • Applicants must possess excellent English and Chinese language skills.
  • Proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage but not essential.
  • A team player with good interpersonal skill.
  • 5 days work (Mon to Fri 9:00am – 5:30pm)
  • Annual leave : 15 days
