Requirements:

• University graduates; with 3 years’ customer services experience, preferably in insurance industry
• Pleasant and possessing sound presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
• Independent and customer-oriented
• Able to work under pressure with good time management
• Proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese and English
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Officer
