- We are looking for CSR AUDITOR – with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Report to the R&D Manager
- Work with R&D Manager as a team for CSR auditing
- Develop a network of operational contacts with joint audit committee, customers, suppliers and supply chain factories on the conflict minerals alignment.
- Assist the suppliers to complete the RMI template for each existing and new products.
- Conduct research marketing and regulatory information to support the CSR and conflict minerals control audit.
- Experienced in confidently delivering training to supply chain to ensure the supplier understand the importance of the CSR and conflict mineral control.
- Establish project needs and monitor work-in-progress to ensure final deliverables adhere to requirements
- Able to work individually with the suppliers on to establish reasonable, feasible, and practical work plan to run the CSR corporate program.
- Develop and implement the audit mechanism with supply chain to evaluate the CSR and conflict minerals control status.
- Continue to monitor the effectiveness of action conducted by the suppliers/ next tiers of supply chain.
- Will have to follow international rules and regulation, specifically from Europe and from our customers which can have more than the European standard requirement.
- Work closely with French Headquarters
- Degree holder in any discipline
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in social compliance auditing field
- Experience in electronic manufacturing process audit is a plus
- Solid experience in factory supply chain management.
- Experienced with social compliance standards (such as SA8000, BSCI), quality management system (such as ISO 9001), and EU regulations on conflict minerals
- Broad understanding of social responsibility and OHS regulations in PRC, Hong Kong, and regional requirements.
- Good command of English and Mandarin
- Frequent China trip
- 5 days work
- Annual leave : 14 days; add 1 day per year up to maximum 24 days
