Job Description
THE COMPANY :
  • Singapore listed
  • Electronics manufacturing services (EMS) provider.
  • Specializes in OEM services including PCBA assembly, and Box-Build Assembly, as well as ODM services
  • The Company operates in two segments : Consumer Electronics (CE), and Industrial and Commercial Electronics (ICE)
  • We are looking for CUSTOMER QUALITY MANAGER (automotive parts) - with details as follows :
 
THE JOB :
  • Degree in Engineering
  • Over 5 years experience in Quality Engineering of which 3 years in managerial position in automobile parts manufacturing company
  • Manage the process of customer returns and complaints. Ensure root causes are identified and corrective actions are implemented in a timely manner.
  • Initiate activities and programs for continuous improvement on product's quality and operating processes.
  • Develop quality control plans for NPI.
  • Excellent knowledge in AIAG Quality tools like SPC, FMEA, PPAP, MSA and APQP.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
  • Station Huizhou
  • Company shuttle bus provided between LoWu & Huizhou factory (45 mins)
  • 5 days work
  • Less experience will be considered as Asst Customer Quality Manager (automotive parts)
