  • We are looking for CUSTOMERSERVICE (HK/Macau) – with details as follows :
 
 
THE JOB :
  • Perform customer service & operation duties
  • Assist in administrative & operation work
  • Answer hotline, enquiries from sales and clients
  • Perform daily admin work, data input, filing & ad hoc tasks
  • Other paper work & coordination work
  • Some trip to Macau is required
  • Must Macau ID card holder
  • Good customer service experience or skill
  • 1-3 years experience as receptionist/customer service/administration/clerical experience is preferable
  • Experience or interest in financial service/securities brokerage or related field is preferable
  • Must be polite with pleasant personality
  • Team spirit
  • 5 days work
  • Annual leave : 12 days
  • No OT work is required
  • Office location : TST Harbour City
