Job Description
THE COMPANY :
- International freight forwarder specialized in Asia Europe trade
- Hong Kong office : regional office of Asia Pacific
- We are looking for CUSTOMER SERVICE – with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Report to the Customer Services Supervisor and General Sales Manager.
- Contact and serving to the clients/customers in regards to the cargo which would have been shipped via different kind of modes.
- Monitor the shipments on a daily basis, deal with any issues that may have occurred
- Respond to all requests for quotes from customers or sales executives.
- Co-lead procurement and sourcing initiatives for assigned trade lane development.
- Coordinate/drive business for the company in cooperation with the sales person owning the customer and other relevant departments.
- F.5 or above
- Studies in Business / Supply Chain related disciplines is a plus
- With relevant experience in sea-freight and customer service in freight forwarding company
- Customer-oriented
- Good computer knowledge in Microsoft office
- Proficiency in English, Chinese and Putonghua
- 13 months salary + performance bonus
- Annual leave : 12 days

- Office location : Wanchai
