Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Handle clients’ telephone and email enquiries
  • Provide onsite and offsite operational support services
  • Coordinate with relevant parties for the service requests from clients
  • Develop and maintain good relationship with client and prospective clients
  • Communicate and coordinate projects with other Departments

Requirements

  • F7 or above with 1-2 years of relevant working experience (Fresh graduate are welcome
  • Able to work under pressure in a dynamic working environment
  • Good IT knowledge is an advantage
  • Immediately available.
  • Fast learner with strong problem solving and negotiation skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
