Job Description

The Job

  • Client: The Call Center of a Premium Vacation Club
  • Position: (Assistant) Call Center Manager
  • Responsibilities: To manage daily operation and maintain service standard of the customer service center - Staff training and coaching; Monitor & evaluate service standard and identify areas of improvements, Resolve complaints.
  • 5-day work. $30K (Negotiable)

 

Requirements

  • Secondary educated or above
  • Min. 8 years call center experience of which at least 3 years should be managerial level
  • Relevant experience in hospitality industry preferred but not a must
  • Excellent presentation and people management skills
  • Proactive and result oriented
  • Good command of spoken English and Chinese.
  • Good experience in computer application
