The Job
- Client: The Call Center of a Premium Vacation Club
- Position: (Assistant) Call Center Manager
- Responsibilities: To manage daily operation and maintain service standard of the customer service center - Staff training and coaching; Monitor & evaluate service standard and identify areas of improvements, Resolve complaints.
- 5-day work. $30K (Negotiable)
Requirements
- Secondary educated or above
- Min. 8 years call center experience of which at least 3 years should be managerial level
- Relevant experience in hospitality industry preferred but not a must
- Excellent presentation and people management skills
- Proactive and result oriented
- Good command of spoken English and Chinese.
- Good experience in computer application
